Monday: Our first day at Beadnell!

We arrived at the campsite at around 2ish after taking a few wrong turns while trying to navigate the country roads that led us there! me+ helen+map-reading+bad sign-posts=hilarity! It was just too funny but now we are experts at reading maps and know our way around the Northumbrian coast better than we know York! Lol! We had our egg butties and then put the tents up and unloaded the car. After that we had a walk around beadnell and I got a telling off from Helen for scarmbling down rocks to get to the beach and then for climbing back up again! You have to take risks dear! lol! The weather was lush so we went back on site and made some tea and then had a drive around to explore the area! Got to bed around midnight after annoying the other campers with our constant natterings! lol!
