'Quote of the day:' 'Excuse me love, where's ya toilets??' because we get asked this all the time at work but more so yesterday, when I accidently laughed in a customers face because of a certain person laughing at me being asked!!
'Person(s) of the day:' Caz because she turned 18 t'other day, and Laura because she is now 20!!!!! So old!!!
