'Person of the day:' Elise because we had a wander round today in the arctic conditions to get some cowboy gear for new year! YEE-HAY!
'Quote of the day:' "I've done something on the computer when I was trying to download a mortgage thing. It asked if I wanted to replce photoshop so I clicked yes!" Dad giving me a heart attack when informing me he may have gotten rid of the most important piece of software I own! Luckily he hadn't! Phew!
'Word of the day:' Ghastly. I was watching that Charles and camilla thing from last night and they all said ghastly! What a wkd word!!

Today's events: Drum roll please.......

Had a wicked lie in today til like 11 o clock but oh well, been up early all of the xmas break so I deserve it! Lol! After that I got meself ready and wandered (well got the bus but hey ho) into town to meet Elise to buy some cowboy gear for new years eve! Oooo exciting! Also went to dotty p's to swop a pair of jeans n got a fiver off! random kool saving there! Adam were meant to meet us but had a mix up with texts! oopsie but oh well! wandered into work to have a coffee because I have no physical cash left-only my card so had to get warmed up via those means! Oooof imagine me bill when it comes through!!! Anyway moving on.........
Just got the bus home after that and tried on my cowboy outfit in full! It looks wicked (even if I say so myself!)! Will stick some photos up from new year once it happens, til then you'll just have to wait!!!

'Word of the day:' Following on from Mush yesterday, Caz came up with the ingenious 'Mushette' to feminise the term! love it!
'Song of the day:' 'Black horse and the cherry tree' by KT Tunstall. her album is the best of the year and this song always puts a smile on me face. It played on the radio in the car home today so deserves it's place! "Woo hoo.........woo hoo......."
'Quote of the day:' When I was getting me blood taken, the nurse stuck the needle in my arm and then preceeded to inform me "Oooo I'm sorry about this but there's no blood coming out, I'll just have a poke about" Bloody cheek, said is now sporting a beautiful purple bruise!
'Person of the day:' Caz because she came with me to the hospital today and we had a good ol' titter and a reet Yorkshire natter like we always do!! Three cheers for Caz!!!

Ha ha ha! being the evil cow I am, I took my brand spanking new digital camera to work on Monday (boxing day! as if we had to work!!!) and took a few photos! As you can see from the above image, the uniforms are well sexy! So Baby Helen and Robyn, I apologise but hey ho you're now famous on me blog!!! ps that's me on the right :-)

Hospital Fun!

Phew! What a day! Had to go to the hospital today to have blood tests and x-rays done to try and find out what is up with me dodgy knee! Good ol' Caz came with me bless her, even though it's been snowing heavens high! I love the snow!! I plan on building a snowman, creating some snow angels, embarking on a few snowball fights etc. When I got back me and the 'rents went to Tom and Nellies for tea and drinks. Had a wicked evening and got in around an hour ago! Oh happy days!

Well Crimbo is over now! GUTTED! Had a brill one though, got spoilt rotten. Got a digital camera, hair straightners, a radley handbag, perfume, booze, Pjs, slippers, games, dvds n books etc!
All the family enjoyed it including me dad (seen here). He is modelling a rather fetching wig and party hat combo!
